How do you like your eggs?






This breakfast has to be by far the greatest thing I have ever discovered! It is a really simple recipe and so quick to make. Avocados have many benefits and are a great source of fibre, so I incorporate them into my diet as much as possible. 

I made this dish by mashing up 1 avocado with a splash of lemon juice and chilli flakes to. I then spread it onto 2 pieces of rye bread, topped with a poached egg and cracked black pepper. Delicious!
