How do you like your eggs?

This breakfast has to be by far the greatest thing I have ever discovered! It is a really simple recipe and so quick to make. Avocados have many benefits and are a great source of fibre, so I incorporate them into my diet as much as possible.

I made this dish by mashing up 1 avocado with a splash of lemon juice and chilli flakes to. I then spread it onto 2 pieces of rye bread, topped with a poached egg and cracked black pepper. Delicious!

Let there be hope

This leopard print coat has seen me through two winters and it has never gone out of fashion. I am a sucker for a print and this Topshop one has been seen on the likes of many fashion icons such as Alex Chung. Leopard comes around in one form or another so it's always worth holding onto to good key pieces. It was pretty chilly on this particular shoot day so luckily I had my Ragged Priest 'Hope' hat with me.

Country casual

Not only do I love a leather, but a leather with tassels is a whole other level! This is my favourite leather jacket and it was the first one I ever owned. I have had this Topshop jacket for 6 years and I always feel great wearing it, even now I still get people on the street come up to me and ask where I got it from. I love wearing it with just some ripped jeans and a tee.

Cracked leather!

I have probably got every kind of leather jacket you can imagine, so when I came across this little Topshop beauty I couldn't resist in purchasing it. It's really fresh and so easy to incorporate into my current wardrobe. I styled it with some funky Gypsy Silver jewellery and Zara leopard print booties!

T.E.A

Tomato, eggs and avocado, this is a great filling breakfast when I'm not wanting to eat much bread. Just from the photo you can see how quick, simple and easy it is to make. By adding chilli flakes and black pepper just gives it that extra kick!

Over the knee boots

Over the knee boots can be paired with practically anything, I love wearing them with a short skirt or dress. They are great to glam up a casual outfit or to dress down a sexy little number. I bought mine from Topshop, they were on the expensive side, but I have definitely had my cost per wear out of them. I have teamed my boots with a black skirt and top with a khaki shirt, all from Topshop.

Salmon and mediterranean vegetables

I am always busy and never really have time to cook and make lengthy meals whatever time of day. So for me, simple, easy and healthy recipes are what I need in my life. For this dish I bought ready cut mediterranean vegetables that I could put straight into the oven along with the salmon. The salmon was cooked in foil with a drizzle of lemon juice, chilli flakes and some herbs. It took only 30 minutes to cook the whole meal and I served it with sun dried tomatoes. Delish!
